In the attachment you can see the present status of daq problem for runs
*after* this last shutdown, i.e. starting from june 26. Shown is the
fraction (in %) of tdc info lost in the left (top) and right (bottom)
sectors. Occasionally both the left and right sector tdc are lost in the
same event.

The data is cut requiring events with trig==1 and further no multi tof hit
like 2 particles in any sector (as the trig=1 definition is "at least one
hit per sector"). Please not that many of this runs are already marked
invalid. Data is cut at the "lr" level, since filtered data with tracks
was dependent on having a valid tof hit (top and bot tdc's).

Data from before the shutdown generally looks better, and at the same time
please realizew that some of the runs shown here are debugging runs or
had other problems. Current data taking resume with run number 8640.

I am now in the process of running this analysis through all previous
(1000's) of runs. In general things seem to look much better than as for
last week but in the meantime a number of checks still has to be done to
understand this "phenomenon" more clearly
