[BLAST_SHIFTS] runplan/minutes daily meeting

We will continue to take ABS data until wednsday. If at some time tonight
the ABS nozzle starts to clog then we should

a) notify target people or me
b) switch to empty target data

if this happens before 7 am the snake fill will be tomorrow. Else we will
wait until wednsday.

The issue with ligit pressure has been "solved'. Currently the baseline
pressure is low 10^-9 torr (invisible) and the ligit at full ABS flow is
8e-8 torr. The so-called line pressure (blue, in CTubePlot2.adl, blast13
left) gives the pressure behind the nozzle. Currently is at 9.45(5) and
very stable

Indication of the nozzle freeze up occurs when the line pressure starts to
increase (say > 9.7 at any given time) and ligit starts to fall below
8E^-8

Injection current is 150 mA, target T is 93 K. If target temperature
should again raise up quickly (few degrees/hr) then lower the injection
current by 10 mA.

P.S.
a test was done of the effect of tripping the BRP power supply on the
spin angle direction. The BRP only changes the holding field (measured
by the hallprobes) by 1 gauss, and the value of the spin angle by 0.1 deg.
We can ignore such changes and therefore just turn BRP back on without
reciclyin gthe h.f. magnets
