Very smooth data taking run except severy times of WC HV trips and coda
hanging. Good runs: 8998-9001, 9003-9010, 9012-9016; crunching is caught up.

The target polarization log is updated till the B shift of July 16, since some run
of July 16's shift C is still under crunching.
