[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 07/16/2004 C (17-1)

During the first hour of shift, the beam was not stable; sudden sharp beam current drops were asociated with HV trips. CCR took the beam for about an
hour to solve the problem, and the beam has been rock solid since then:
150mA injection, 90 mA dump, 25-26 min lifetime.

Thus, we took a highly efficient data for 7 hours with ABS D2 target.

There isn't much to report; there was one or two WC trips in 6 hours! ABS cell
temp drop to around the alarm point when the beam was off, but recovered
quickly.

A new target polarization log is created. Everybody on shift are encouraged
to update this using the instructions posted on CBay.

The beam polarization is 64.0 +- 1.2%
