[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 07/23/2004 C (17-1)

Most quiet shift I've enjoyed since coming this past february. Ligit is a bit noisy, very small oscillations between 7.7 and 8.2e-8 since about 10pm makes the red line look thick in the second graph on dblast14 overhead.
There has been an occassional high temperature WC alarm for chamber 4.

RUNS: 9282 9284-9291 9293-9298 9300 9302-9304 taken and crunching.
