There is a problem with count rate at large Q^2. Is there tracking
efficiency issue. I'm not making any cerenkov cuts. My best guestimate
of a luminocity is 1.85X10^{31} at 80 mA. The thetacms plot (a variable
that I'm fitting in) shows that our reconstruction still needs some work.
