[BLAST_ANAWARE] new formalism in blastmc ready

i checked all of my monte carlo changes back into CVS. to use blastmc
with the white deepn generator, do the following:

 1) update your copy of Blast_Params as well as blastmc and recursive
    directories in CVS

 2) take the "new" fort.99 file that comes out of Blast_Params and move it
to your run directory (you might want to take a look at it, as there
are now a couple of new and slightly altered commands (e.g. RESO now
computes only the non-WC detector resolutions while WCRS takes care
of the WC ones). anyway, the fort.99 file as it comes out of CVS is
setup with the right KINE command to generate white deepn events.

 3) run blastmc. provided that you pick a KINE mode greater than or
equal to 20 (the KINE mode of white deepn is 20; other channels that
desire to use this new formalism will be numbered higher), then, when
completed, you'll see a text file called event.dgen. you can look at
it, but, for space purposes, it's a little sparce on words. i'm
running a million events right now. it looks like the following are
    true:

      - a million blastmc events with only multiple scattering and energy
loss on take about 4-5 hours to run
      - a million events will result in a event.dgen file size of around
        900MB
      - the unix 2GB filesize limit will thus let us generate files with
about 2 million events in them

 4) i have attached a root file called readEventDotDgen.C that will,
event by event, read in the data in event.dgen and print it out to
the screen. it should be fairly simply to slightly modify it to your
    purposes.

let me know if you have any questions or if something is messed up.
