Please beware of (major ...) changes in electronics.map in the past when
crunching older runs:
If the runs under discussion are in the data table "RUN", then it is
possible to query the correct electronics map (by enabling the switch in
blastrc). I'm not sure if the autocruncher queries the database for the
electronics map by default.
