Dear BLASTers,

please find enclosed a new version of the BLAST collaboration list. I have
included again the names that I had removed last time and also have added
missing names that were brought to my attention.

John has suggested that the BLAST steering committee should discuss and
decide what the "official" list finally should be.
Questions are e.g. wether present or past contributions matter for the
qualification, or if there should be a "members" list including
(leading) technical staff separated from an "authors" list that is for
publications.

I declare myself now off the discussion.
