Hi Baris,
you should not run big jobs interactively. Tell your root script to
write the results to a root file and then download this file.
You may want to run root in batch mode (-b option) and pipe all output
into files that you can later look into
(e.g. using "root -l -q -b blabla.C >output.log 2>output.errlog")
Working in batch mode also allows you to log off.
