Stopped beam tuning this morning so that Genya could tune up the ABS. He
is still working on it, having trouble getting a good flow into the target
tube. The fill tube has a smaller diameter than before, since the
conductance has to match the conductance of the smaller diameter target cell.

The superconducting solenoids were filled this afternoon. They should be
ready to be ramped up about 5 pm.

TOF1R TDC was fixed, as was the hot wire in the left chamber. Both
chambers show a number of "warm" wires, presumably this is the hall
lights. Eugene is taking cosmics data now.

Once Genya is done for the day with the ABS, beam tuning will resume. The
goal is to reach lower BPM and wire chamber scalers, with less dependence
on the beam current (as noted by Bill this morning). Tuning may be done on
the polarized target, the unpol target, or an empty target -- whatever
Genya is comfortable with.
