[BLAST_SHIFTS] polarizations in 2005

Hi,

I updated pol.log for all 2005 running so far, by using either
show_deep_asym_all_32.C or
show_deep_asym_all_47.C, whenever the spin angle was 32 or 47 degrees,
respectively. I also added some comments into pol.log which mark certain
events during our odyssee.

There is still a "step function" from 2/22 to 2/24. But note that the
beginning at 2/24 started very poorly.

On 2/28 we had an increased polarization up to the pre-2/22 level - on
that Monday the tune was improved.

We seem to start off with somewhat worse polarization from a fresh ABS and
seem to perform better towards the end of the cycle.

The observed polarization also depends on the beam quality. In those times
where the polarization is particularly low, also beam instabilities /
frequent wire chamber trips are observed.

I'm away Monday and Tuesday; pol.log should serve as a help for the
decision wether the cell is to be replaced coming week or not.

Regards,

  Michael
