Polarized deuterium data taking continued until 8 am when Genya called
CCR to warm up the nozzle. A sudden change of the target was suggested
by Larry at first around 4 am when he noticed the coincidence rate
dropped and the beam life time become longer. Genya suggested to run the ABS
a little bit longer (out of disbelief?). Ernie Ihloff
informed me that the oxygen flow rate was set incorrectly last night,
which was set by Tavi per his request on the phone.

WC HV are still lowered (R24 = 3825 V, L21 = 3800 V). The HV create
rebooted twice during my shift.

ROC-L and ROC-R rebooted after run # 14646. Tavi was not sure about
the current CODA setup but I maintained his setup.

Crunching 03/23 data has finished:
hPz = 0.330 +- 0.049 (left), 0.296 +- 0.033 (right)
but the result from C shift is
0.553 +- 0.062(left) 0.456 +- 0.042(right).

Good ABS D2 runs : 14630 -- 14639
             Empty runs : 14640
