Makeshift shift summary since elog is down...

Beam was disgusting and had hiccups all night. Trips were quite annoying considering the alarm goes
off when the trip happens AND when the HV finally resets.

Empty target had many runs that might be void. There were jumps in the coincidence rate (up to 0.04)
that give an indication that the beam hiccups or beam steering was misdirected or unstable and was
hitting the collimator or target at times. This may result in an unreasonably high yield with respect to
other empty target runs.

Empty: 15789-15795 15797
