6.5M events taken in runs 15154-16161

Only problem was periodic oscillation of ligit between 1x10-7 and 1x10-8 range. Please see log entry 36143 for details. This now seems to be 100% correlated with beam fill and dump. To my knowledge the mechanism causing this is still unknown.

Unrelated, the accelerator was down for 1 hr to exchange power supply for a klystron.
