Hi Michael-
Welcome back! I am sorry that I can not make it to Bates today
(schedule mix-up). The detail of my activities is as follows:
1) Will be meeting with VZ on Monday regarding RCs for ed-elastic
2) On John's urging, I am exploring a new extraction method for GM. This
time I will minimize my reliance on the world data taking only
A(Q^{2}) from Platchkov while incorporating BLAST data in the form of
Chi's T20 and maybe T21 measurement (Thanks Chi!).
The way the analysis works is as follows:
At my two Q2 points:
-I solve for GC in terms of A(Q^2), GQ, and GM.
-I loop over values of GQ
-I loop over values of GM
-I compare the formula for T11 and T20 using
the values of GQ and GM in the loop with the
BLAST data for these observables and do a Chi^2
reduction.
-From this I extract GM and GQ numerically.
......but there are some things to figure out with this.. namely the
errors. Maybe we can talk about it next week.
3) WRITING MY THESIS!
