I have kine.init linked to a file in my
/scratch/bud08/egeis/BLASTCVS/BUILD/run directory called
kine.init.bonn.000.100.T
When I start the blast executable, this comes out and blast quits.

Why would this file run for someone else but not
for me?
I don't understand why everything I try doesn't work...
