Hi,
I updated CVS, home/blast/blast/cvs_v3.0 and
/home/blast/blast/pro2004/Blast_Params.
I tagged BlastLib2 and Blast_Params with "v3_4_17". I copied executables
lrn,lrd,lrs,nsed into /home/blast/blast/bin and libBlast.so into
/home/blast/blast/lib and updated the links.
The new changes reflect the addition of another pathlength variable (see
CC's separate message), and the large grid for the magnetic field of Blast
(bgrid2.large) is used.
I invoked another lrd-recrunch of the hydrogen runs (12144-13278), the
resulting flr/dst/ep_skim files are written to
>>>> /net/data/11/Analysis/data/v3_4_17/lrd <<<<
Eugene, Adrian, and others, please check that the reconstructed
variables and kinematic offsets between the v3_4_17
(/net/data/11/Analysis/data/v3_4_17/lrd) and v3_4_16
(/net/data/5/Analysis/data/v3_4_16/lrd_new_wch_cal) recrunch are
consistent (this is the first time that the field map on the extended grid
is used).
As soon as hydrogen runs are done, I will continue with the 2005 deuterium
runs (13279-16506), probably some time tomorrow. Presumably this part will
take until Wednesday or so, I'll let you know if it completes any faster.
Regards,
Michael
