Hi,
I'm linking my kine.init to a kine.init file that is 182 lines long. I've tried
ending the file with a newline character and without. When I try and run
the blast executable, it reads kine.init and then I get this as my last
20 or so lines.

----------------------------
GEANT > KINE 10 1. 1. 0. 32. 0. 3. 0. 11.

What is this error? How can I be the only person who has had an
error like this? How can one person's compiled version of blastmc
from the same respository work with this kine.init file and my version
does not? I'm trying this on bud08 so this is being run on blast
computers...
