Hi Tim,
   I haven't looked closely enough to tell if it is relevant, but
last year I was seeing elastic e-p events which would have been
forward of the electron acceptance, but scattered from the wire
chamber frame back into the BLAST acceptance. You could even see it
in 'nsed'.
