Processes being killed....

I ran some crunching programs on bud14-bud20 last
night and they were either killed or quit. I think they
were killed because my output logs are not showing
anything going wrong. Most were killed between
7:20pm and 7:57pm last night. Can anybody with
root access who might be doing this explain why, or
cut it out? This is the 3rd time I've had my programs
die like this overnight. I'm using an lrhelper chain
file... Is it possible that someone accessing the data
via lr or flr can cause these to die? Was anyone doing
anything between 7:20 and 8pm that accessed the
original lr-files or flr files in the recrunch directory?
