Please read the README file in ~blast/commis/phase1, it has recently been
updated to include suggestions for how to sort out the MANY
voices/opinions being displayed by so many *.C files which exist in that
directory. Lets leave ~blast/commis/phase1 for the analyses that
represent finished work and do your developmental work in some other
directory, such as ~blast/commis/phase1/ANALYSES/XXXXX where you are XXXX.
Also, if the friuts of your labor are useful, perhaps we could place them
in ~blast/commis/phase1/RESULTS.
