Hi,

I'm back home now. All tests were A-OK. But I will have to work
from home for the day. Although I feel fine, I am considered to
be legally "impaired" until tomorrow morning. I think it's
ridiculous. I had so little sedation that I have a bigger buzz
from 1 glass of wine .... but you can't fight city hall.

I'm assuming that the broken LTOF was counting from 0. Thus
LTOF3 is the rearmost of the forward TOFs. In that case, it should
be possible to have direct access to the bolts that attach it
to the Cerenkov frame. So, you should be able to just turn off
HV top and bottom, disconnect HV, signal, and optical lines, and
pull it down. It would be a 3-person job to make sure it comes
down easily and without bumping something else.
