Adrian,

I believe I have also seen that the relative PT/CS timing changes for
different triggers.

!!!!!!!!!!

Any time the CODA event rate is lower than the MLU physics trigger in
the scalers, and the CODA-reported data rate is less 300kB/sec or so,
look at the PT and CS on a scope and make sure the relative timing is
correct (CS after PT by about 10ns), and that CS is there for every PT
you expect it to be.

!!!!!!!!!

Explanations:

1) The max data rate I've seen with CODA is 600kB/sec. At something
over 300kB/sec you probably start to get dead-time, so of course the
CODA rate will be less than the scalers rate.

2) If your trigger is something like any TOF or any Cer, then CS will
NOT be there for every PT, since CS is just from the TOFs.
