sorry to make things confusing, but you update the three directories
with the -r v2 tag.
then only BlastLib2 has the v2_2 tag, so update it separately to -rv2_2
cvs co .
cvs up -rv2 Blast_Params BlastLib2 blastmc
cvs up -rv2_2 BlastLib2
