Got control from ABS guys at 2:00am, then lost beam at 3:30am.

Finished 5 runs: 3066-3070
    unpolarized H gas flow = 0.5 sccm
    trigger = elastic_conics.settings
    flipping beam helicity at every fill ( didn't know how to activate
        the spin flipper, so asked CCR to move out and in the lamda/2
        plate)
    every fill starting a new coda run and a compton run (coda run #
        = compton run #)
