[BLAST_SHIFTS] May 3 evening shift

Doug conducted WC tests until 11 PM. Runs and results are in the logbook.
Two cosmics runs (147 - B field ON and 148 - B field OFF) were taken at
the end of the shift to monitor the reported low signals on two of the TOF
PMTs (LTOF9 bottom and LTOF15 bottom). Scalers indicated low signal for
these two PMTs for both field ON and OFF.

12:15 AM dblast07 froze. Next shift is here and we reset dblast07.

Will look at the two cosmic runs tomorrow and see what the problem was.

Chi saw that the left Cerenkovs are not firing at all on the online nsed.
And LNC0-3 are all 0...
