There was no usable beam all shift due to previous vacuum problems and
the required pumping down. Ligit dropped from 1.3 x10^-6 Torr to 7.3
x10^-7 Torr during the shift and CCR injected up to 50mA to help with
the outgassing. CCR expects that they may have beam toward the end of the
next shift.

AD is working on documentation for epics hv.
