[BLAST_SHIFTS] bad news

Colleagues,
I have a bad news. Zhenya today found out that the rack with the
transition unit magnets' power supplies had tripped the circuit. I'm
not sure exactly what happend, but it looks like the target magnets
which are in the same rack stayed on. This makes sence since I think
those power supplies are on a different circuit breaker.
Anyway, I went back and checked at which point the magnets stopped
flipping. It looks like it happened at 22:30 on the 25th of this month.
All data after that is as good a unpolarized. Due to a low sensetivity
in the compression tube we probably could not tell if the transitions
were taking place. I suggest the a shift takers check that the hall
probes in the transition units change thier value commensurate with the
compression tube and target bits.

                                                    Best regards,
Vitaliy Ziskin
