[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 08/16/2003 Owl

8:00pm to 0:00:
        No blast halo monitor readout, thougth the HV's were working. Found out it was caused by some misconnected calbles.
        
        Cell temp dropped to 90K with a setting point of 100K. Though the
        cell temp controller's oper mode was set as CONTROL in the control window ( TCControl.adl ) , it showed MONITOR in the readout window
        ( TCReadOut.adl ). By resetting the oper mode to CONTROL, and changing the heater mode to PID (manual), the cell T went back to 100K.
        
0:00 to 4:00 :
        No beam. SF6 broke again. No polarized electron source.
