[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 08/16/2003 Day

Beam came back at around 8:20am. We took polarized H data with the ABS in state 1, and flipping the beam helicity with each run (run numbers 1979-1983). The scratch disk filled up again, and Chi cleaned the directory before leaving his shift. R24 tripped occasionally.

I was not feeling well, and was here as backup for Chi and Tavi.
