continued taking polarized H data. target is now at 45 degrees.

noticed that runs starting with 3787 (the run immediately after the most recent power failure) were not being copied over to the spuds. something to do with cron jobs??? not even sure how to spell "cron jobs" let alone how to perform them, decided to try to scp the runs over to the spuds. the spuds, though, had other ideas and wouldn't let this happen. since it was close to 8:00 by this point, decided to let this white whale go free until more knowledgable people arrived.

the following runs still need to be copied over to the spuds and crunched:
  3787-3797

a primer on cron jobs (sp.) might be useful, if they are a subject for which a primer might be of some use.
