[BLAST_ANAWARE] V3 question(s)

Where exactly is the (released) version of the V3 library? At one point,
it was in the head. Is it still there? Is it under the V3_0 tag? Is it
under the V3_0_5 tag? Is it elsewhere? Will it be in yet another place
next week? Is it the same for the Monte Carlo? I just checked
some changes back into the Monte Carlo today, and I checked them into the
head. Is this wrong? Confusion... a pox on thee!!!
