Operators: baris zhangchi clasie

Beam was given to Evgeni at 8:20 am for ABS studies. The ABS was tuned to polarized D2 at 50 sccm with automatic spin flipping. Beam was available at 11:30am and all WC voltages were set back to 3850V. R24, L14 and L15 tripped regularly and their voltages were lowered - details in the elog. The regular tripping was outside of rebooting the IOC. The rate of tripps is manageable when these voltages are lowered, but not below 3750V.
