[BLAST_SHIFTS] target gas definition

For people on shift, please make sure that the target type on the top
left medm screen corresponds to the gas that you think is being flown
into the target (unpol/hydrogen/deuterium). If the display says "Undef"
please contact your local ABS expert. And for those ABS "experts",
please, please with sugar on top, after you done working on the target
leave it in defined state. "Expert" state is not a defined state!!!!
Reconstruction relies on this bit in spin assignment.

While I'm venting, I see small yet significant asymmetry between left
and right sectors in vector (e,e'p)n asymmetry.
Left : 0.56 +/- 0.03
Right : 0.44 +/- 0.02.
This difference is not as high as it is in tensor e-d elastic reported
by Genya but it has the same pattern.
