The most recent beam polarization data is attached, which covers
all the data taken since yesterday.
The credits should go to out UROP student Kim Boddy, who compiled
and grouped all the data to fill the database. Today is her last
day at Bates. We should extend our thanks to her for this neat
job. Thank you Kim!

Considering the fluctuations in beam polarization (can be
considered small for the time being, but nevertheless, the Blast
data CAN BE corrected without much effort), this database can be
used for monthly, daily, and even event by event bases via time
stamps. Vitaliy had asked the beam polarization per day to
extract the target polarization, instead of overall dilution.
So, I've been writing an interface class for this to ease and
generalize its use, which is near completion. It was created
BlastLib in mind, off course, completely modular. Including it
into blastlib or removing from it, do not require anything;
everything is automatized: defining the class, and requesting the
polarization via a function ("two line"), is enough. I'll check
this into CVS, associated with a README file and an example
macro.
