[BLAST_ANAWARE] dumb question

I am crunching the mc file for gpn and noticing that the dst file being
produced is alot smaller than the lr and flr ntuples being produced. Why
is this so? (this is a dumb question I know)

Here is the latest from my ANALDIR:
