[BLAST_SHIFTS] Shift summary 10/23/2004 B (9-17)

Took runs 12086-12091 for Right WC gas flow study. At beginning of shift all gas flow was diverted to the Right WC. Over the shift the RWC spectra improved and now at the end of shift the plan is to crack the vlv open to allow a small flow to the LWC. (see elog and associated plots) Plan is to take data in this mode for duration of shift or until Michael calls and declares otherwise.
