Re: Analysis meeting tomorrow Wednesday 11/02/2005

This is my recent analysis of the ep-elastic kinematics coming from the new crunch as compared to the
old crunch from before February. Most of the slides should be explained well enough. Axes are
defined and a few comments are posted.

Mike,
I notice a few shifts overall... so I would have to conclude that the corrections are slightly different. I
would prefer to resolve the theta difference and put these two relations,
theta_e(theta_p) - theta_e
theta_p(theta_e) - theta_p

at zero. Once that is done, I'll recalculate offsets. I may start my corrections with the left sector
protons considering their uncanny ability to reconstruct the beam energy so well... Using those, I can
potentially use the reconstruction of left sector protons as a benchmark for right sector electrons and
then extrapolate the proper measurements for the opposite sector reaction. Then I'll start pushing this
analysis into the D2 with Zilu's quasielastic kinematic formula from his thesis.
