        John Calarco pointed out that we probably won't have the wire on the
centerline (could destroy the lifetime and/or destroy the wire). But it
appears the LVDT reads out in mm, so you'll know how far off the
centerline the wire is. Dan Cheever planned to display the distance
from the centerline in mm for each wire.
